A recent shooting in west Phoenix has resulted in one man dead and two others critically injured. The incident occurred late Sunday night near 27th Avenue and Glenrosa Avenues, as reported by FOX 10 Phoenix. When police arrived just after 10:30 p.m., they found three men with gunshot wounds. One of them, Willie Harvey, age 39, was declared deceased at the scene.
The two other victims, having sustained life-threatening injuries, were rushed to the hospital where they remain in critical condition. Responding to the chaos, the suspects were no longer present when authorities arrived, leaving the scene before Phoenix officers could apprehend them. In a statement obtained by AZ Family, witnesses reported that the suspect, or suspects, fled posthaste.
