
The Chicago Police Department has issued a missing person alert for 21-year-old Tamika Cross, who was last seen in the vicinity of the 1600 block of W. 77th St. Cross has been missing since January 23, and concerns for her safety are growing among law enforcement and community members alike.
Tamika Cross is described as a 5’3″ tall, 100 lbs, African American female, with brown eyes, and black hair with dreadlocks. She was last seen wearing a gray jacket and hoodie, her medium brown complexion offset by distinctive tattoos – an "A" behind her left ear and the name "Lonetta" on her right arm. According to the Chicago Police Department, she is believed to be associated with a dark Dodge Charger, bearing Illinois license plate number EU17622.
The circumstances of Cross's disappearance have not been fully detailed by officials. However, they are urging anyone who may have seen Cross or has any information regarding her whereabouts to come forward.
