The details of her disappearance and the concern for her well-being have sparked a citywide search effort.
According to the police blotter, Shahydah is described as being 5'3" tall and weighing 115 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Her last known outfit included a black jacket, a pink hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and pink and white Puma sneakers. Additionally, she was carrying a tan purse. The specificity of this description is intended to help members of the public identify her should they come across someone matching her appearance.
