A Silver Alert has been issued by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) to assist the Hayward Police Department in locating Hoiman Ng, a 74-year-old man who was reported missing last Saturday.
According to the CHP Alerts social media post, Ng was last seen at approximately 10:30 a.m. in Hayward, Alameda County. He is described as a 5'3" tall male, weighing around 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, a black baseball cap, and carrying an orange and black backpack.
