According to a WLWT report, the UPS driver, a 51-year-old Cincinnati resident, stayed at the scene and cooperated with the law enforcement officials conducting the investigation into the incident.

UPS released a statement in response to the heartbreaking event, expressing their condolences. "We are heartbroken by the tragic accident this afternoon in Batavia Township.
