In a blatant theft at Perfect Pets pet store in Arapahoe County, investigators are piecing together the events that led to the disappearance of two valuable bulldog puppies. It's reported that on Sunday, at approximately 1:30 p.m., three males executed a brazen snatch-and-grab heist involving a staged medical emergency. According to Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, the males entered the store in succession, asked staff questions, and then focused on the puppies, priced at $4,299 each and secured in a locked pen.

During the incident, which seems straight out of a poorly-scripted caper movie, one suspect pretended to have a seizure, diverting the attention of store employees. Leveraging this distraction, another man lifted the lid off the pen and absconded with the dogs. Although an employee tried to intercept him, resulting in the puppies being dropped during the ensuing scuffle, the swift-footed thief recovered the animals and fled the scene. Waiting outside was a gold Cadillac Escalade without license plates, into which both suspects and the puppies disappeared.

The third wheel in this perplexing case remained elusive as the driver of the getaway vehicle, described only as a woman by deputies. Timothy Davis, aged 37, was the individual who feigned the seizure and is now facing charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, theft, and drug possession, as stated by the Arapahoe County Sheriff's investigators. Meanwhile, the hunt for his associates, one described as a black male in a large black coat and sweatpants, the other a white or Hispanic male with brown hair sporting a beanie, continues. The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office has yet to describe the fourth suspect.
