Yesterday, District 6 police officers responded to reports of a robbery at the Convenience Xpress Gas Station located in the 8800 block of North Broadway, happening around 6 p.m. According to a statement obtained by St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, a confrontation escalated when eight men entered the establishment and initiated a verbal argument with another man present at the scene.

Holding his mini draco, one of the victims, a 22-year-old, recounted that a member of the group pointed a weapon at him and attempted to seize his firearm. It was then that several other men from the group joined in, brandishing their guns at him and ultimately taking his weapon by force. During the chaos, with their guns pointed, the men also turned their attention towards another victim, aged 23, compelling him to surrender his belongings.

The robbers managed to flee with two guns, cash, and a pair of shoes. The total value of the stolen items was not disclosed by the reporting officers. As the police tunnel deeper into the details of the case, the pursuit of justice for the victims remains unabated, with the investigation ongoing.
