Bidding farewell to cross-country skis this season, Carver County Parks is rescripting its winter events playbook. As announced by Carver County Parks, due to the unfortunate shortage of snow, the scheduled Candlelit Nights at Baylor Regional Park will forgo the skiing component. Instead, it invites visitors to immerse in the charm of luminary walks on the evenings of February 15 and 22.
The transition from a ski to a stroll is more necessity than choice. With winter's white blanket proving insufficient, park attendees can still enjoy a "just as magical" experience, according to Carver County Parks.
The event runs from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Baylor Regional Park. It's free and open to all, with no registration required, as detailed by Carver County Parks.
