Mayor Lisa Navarro Fitzgibbons and the City Council have invited Casa Grande residents to attend the annual State of the City Address, scheduled for March 5, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Casa Grande Community Recreation Center, located at 1905 North Peart Road. According to the city's release, the event will offer a detailed update on the city's developments under the theme "Building a Better Community."
City officials will use the event to provide updates on Casa Grande's financial situation, business growth, and initiatives aimed at improving residents' quality of life. The address will also include information on infrastructure plans and community programs, as well as investments in public safety.
The event will begin with a pre-reception from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., where the Casa Grande High School Band will perform, and city departments will present information about their ongoing projects and programs during the Lobby Experience. From 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Mayor Fitzgibbons will give the main address, outlining the city's developments and achievements over the past year.
