
Chandler residents have a positive view of their city. The survey, conducted to gather feedback for the city's annual budget, found that 99 percent of participants rate their quality of life highly, and 100 percent trust the services provided by the Chandler Fire Department. "Residents were encouraged to answer at least the first six general questions of the survey," stated a report by the City of Chandler.
A survey of 1,343 Chandler residents showed that 97% feel secure in their community, 96% are satisfied with city services, and 94% believe they get a good return on their tax dollar. Residents expressed interest in more police patrols, additional bike lanes for better connectivity, support for technology and semiconductor businesses, and a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos, as stated by the City of Chandler.
The Chandler City Council is reviewing survey feedback to plan the 2025-26 budget. The feedback covers topics such as water conservation and park maintenance.
