Stephanie Tadd, RPM Seafood’s bartender, shared this concoction alongside a recipe for the verdita, a green juice blending pineapple, mint, cilantro, and jalapeño.
Meanwhile, down in Houston, margaritas flowed with local flair and creativity as bars and restaurants offered their takes on the beloved cocktail. Culturemap Houston highlighted a diverse selection including a luxurious $100 margarita flight at Best Regards and Kazzan Ramen and Bar's Japanese-inspired margaritas, notably the matcha margarita and ume margarita that blend silver tequila with unique ingredients like umeboshi and matcha powder, for those looking to sip something out of the ordinary.
Best Regards didn't stop at upscale flights, they also presented patrons with original and spicy margaritas at a pared-down price of $10, as detailed by Culturemap Houston. Jethro's Cocktail Lounge, a retro-inspired Montrose bar, lined up $12 margaritas, featuring innovatively flavored options such as the cilantro-cucumber and guava margaritas, staying open from 1 pm to 1:30 am to ensure revelers got their tequila fix.
