Bins has brown eyes and grey hair, with notable marks on his discolored and bent right arm.
Bins was last seen sporting a black coat and is known to have poor dental health. His connections to the community are highlighted by frequent visits to the 11900 block of S. Emerald, and the 10700 block of S. Lowe. The Chicago Police Department urges anyone with information on his whereabouts to reach out to Area Two SVU at 312-747-8274 or to dial 911 for immediate assistance.
