During this window, access to ProjectDox will not be available for document submissions or managing development projects, so users are advised to get their affairs in order ahead of time.

This update introduces a new viewer to improve permit reviews. This is part of the city's push to improve digital services for development permits. While upgrades are helpful, they do cause a short disruption. During the outage, ProjectDox users will need to pause their work temporarily.
