The El Cajon Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying an individual involved in a retail theft. According to a social media post by the department, the man in question allegedly took an electric bicycle from the Target store at 250 Broadway in El Cajon without paying.
Surveillance images of the suspect have been circulated on the internet, with the police urging anyone who can recognize the man to come forward and provide information. The El Cajon Police explicitly states, "An unidentified man entered the Target located at 250 Broadway in El Cajon, CA and selected an electric bicycle without paying for the item."
