Through his company, Barker is offering pre-batched cappuccinos and espresso martinis to the Greater Boston area. He chose to launch the drink in Boston because, as he explained, "I'm here and it just came out and I brought it with me," according to NBC10 Boston.
Barker's emerging beverage line, which debuted its first ready-to-drink espresso martini in September 2024, is generating significant attention. The drinks feature a vegan blend of 100 percent Colombian espresso, distilled vodka, caramelized brown sugar, and other premium ingredients. Barker isn't stopping at just launching a new drink; he's hosting the Feb. 27 Espress Yourself event at the Liberty Hotel in Boston. The evening is set to showcase fashion inspired by the cocktail itself, with designs featuring the color of the year, 'Mocha Mousse', which is modeled after the hue of the trendy espresso martini, according to The Boston Globe.
Barker's interests extend beyond his cocktail ventures. When it comes to travel, he prefers collecting significant mementos, such as a gold wedding kimono from Tokyo, rather than small trinkets. Living in Woodstock, New York, with his family and pets, Barker maintains his adventurous spirit from his past experiences in the Himalayas, despite an encounter with a vampire bat.
