Former Fort Worth City Manager David Cooke has been recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Texas City Management Association (TCMA). Cooke and Joey Dunn, deputy city manager of Bryan, and Brad Stafford, director of Parks, Recreation, and Facilities for the City of Bryan, will receive the accolade at the association's annual conference on June 20, as reported by the City of Fort Worth.
