The incident took place near the Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink and the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market.

The first arrest, involving a 14-year-old, was made the night of the shooting. According to 6ABC, two additional 16-year-olds were arrested in the following days. All four teens face charges of aggravated assault, with the 14-year-old also charged with possession of an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person.

The victims of the shooting were two 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old, NBC Philadelphia reported. One 14-year-old was stable after being taken to the hospital by his mother, and the 15-year-old was also in stable condition. Authorities have not yet confirmed if they are searching for more suspects related to the shooting.
