A 16-year-old girl was found unresponsive with a fatal gunshot wound in the passenger seat of a car stopped in the middle of the street around 3 a.m. in Houston. Houston Police discovered the scene, and paramedics pronounced her dead upon arrival. Three males—aged 20, 18 (including Tejada), and 17—were also in the vehicle but were uninjured.
