According to a social media post from the Knoxville Police Department, multiple incidents involving wind damage have been reported. The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory that was in place until noon on the date of the notice.

While the advisory was in effect, law enforcement encouraged locals to exercise caution and remain vigilant of the potentially hazardous conditions. "Be advised that we are receiving multiple reports of downed trees and power lines across the city," the Knoxville Police Department cautioned.
