A man has died following a one-vehicle crash in Whitehaven, according to the Memphis Police Department. The incident occurred around 5:10 p.m. at the intersection of Windsor Road and Neely Road, as reported by Action News 5.
Officials stated that the male victim was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition after the crash, which only involved his vehicle, Local Memphis reports. After being transported, the victim was confirmed dead at Regional One Hospital. His identity has not been released as authorities are likely notifying next of kin.
The Memphis Police Department is continuing to investigate the incident, according to WREG.
