
A man was shot and wounded in the Marine Villa neighborhood, the incident occurring early yesterday morning. The man, 38, was reportedly outside when a suspect, known to him and described as occupying a black Ford F-150, opened fire around 8 a.m. in the 3600 block of Wisconsin, as reported by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
The victim was hit in the leg and arm and has been transported by emergency medical services to a local hospital; his current condition is stable but the shooter remains at large and the police efforts to understand the circumstances of this violence are very much active, the investigation continues and they are seeking tips from the public.
