The address, his second since taking office, will take place at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center at 15801 Michigan Ave., starting at 6 p.m, as per the City of Dearborn website. The theme for this year's address is "Destination Dearborn," highlighting the city's progress under Hammoud’s leadership and plans for the future.
According to the announcement, the event will begin with a "Taste of the Term" reception featuring samplings from local eateries that have opened during Hammoud’s tenure. Attendees can also view an exhibit sharing personal stories from the community. The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
