The Local Public Agency (LPA) Basic Training – Person of Responsible Charge Three-Part Series is being offered this spring, aimed at helping agency staff properly oversee federally funded transportation projects.

The training, a partnership between the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP), is set to take place on April 8 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., April 17 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and April 22 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The training series spans 5-6 hours of content designed to develop the skills required to manage projects that meet federal standards.
