The Blaine City Council is gearing up for a public hearing concerning Wild Bill's Sports Saloon's application for a conditional use permit. Taking place at the Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, the community is invited to share their thoughts on this potential move towards live entertainment at the restaurant located at 10950 Club West Parkway NE, #196. The meeting, as per a public notice, is scheduled for March 3, 2025, at 7 PM.
Interested citizens who wish to review the staff report can find it available five days before the meeting at BlaineMN.gov/Agendas. Questions can be directed to the Planning Department at 763-785-6180 or via email at [email protected], according to the city's notice. Attending the public hearing is encouraged, especially for those with commentary on the petition, or written comments can be submitted to be considered by the council if received by noon on the day of the hearing. Unsigned or anonymous feedback, however, will not see the light of the day.
For those unable to make it in person, a live broadcast will be available through the City of Blaine cable channel on Comcast channel 799. Furthermore, a live stream option is provided at BlaineMN.gov/Video, with recordings of the meeting becoming available on-demand post-event at the same link or via BlaineMN.gov/Agendas for later perusal.
Accessibility remains a priority, with Blaine City Hall providing interpreters or other necessary auxiliary services to those in need. One only needs to reach out to Pat Robinson at the Planning Department no later than Thursday, February 27, 2025, to make the necessary arrangements, as emphasized in the city's announcement.
