Early one January morning, a woman's routine return home from work turned harrowing when armed robbers accosted her in her driveway. The incident, which occurred on January 21, spurred the San José Police Department into action, leading to the arrest of three suspects after a meticulous investigation by the Robbery Unit detectives.
On that fateful morning, at around 2:45 AM, the victim was confronted by two men who shattered her car windows in a brazen act. One of the assailants, armed with a firearm, demanded her purse, and under the looming threat, she complied. The suspects, identified as Keon Dollar, 20, and Deshon Scott, 21, both from Oakland, CA, and Kcadar Lee, 20, from Hayward, CA, were apprehended nearly a month later, the San José Police Department announced.
The trio's arrest last Wednesday came after detectives acquired arrest and search warrants for the suspects and their residences. According to the San José Police Department, Dollar, Scott, and Lee have since been booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on charges of armed robbery.
