Tacoma Police are investigating a man's death reported yesterday afternoon. KIRO 7 reports that the victim was found with critical injuries near 4500 Heron Ridge Drive Northeast and was later pronounced dead at the scene.

According to KOMO News, an adult male walked into the northeast Tacoma substation to report the homicide, prompting police to respond quickly to the location.

During their investigation, Tacoma Police gathered enough evidence to arrest a man in connection with the homicide. FOX 13 Seattle reports that the suspect was booked into the Pierce County Jail on homicide charges. The motive behind the incident is still unclear as detectives continue their investigation.
