A 62-year-old man was killed in an apparent stabbing incident in St. Bernard, Cincinnati, police have said. The Hamilton County Coroner's Office identified Ronald Crawley after the incident took place in Alpine Terrace Condominiums, located at the 4900 block of Chalet Drive. Responses to a 911 call led officers to the scene at approximately 2:01 a.m. on Tuesday, as reported by FOX19.
Crawley was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center suffering from a stab wound but later succumbed to his injuries. Following the incident, the woman who had called 911 was brought to the police station for questioning. She told the 911 dispatcher that she and her boyfriend had been arguing before he "fell" on a knife. When questioned by the dispatcher if Crawley had stabbed himself, the woman responded, "No, he fell on it!" according to the recording obtained by FOX19.
