
A 17-year-old boy has been shot and killed in White Marsh, prompting an investigation by the Baltimore County Police. As reported by FOX Baltimore, the incident occurred on Sunday night around 8:55 p.m. in the 4300 block of Bedrock Circle, where police, upon arrival, found the victim with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
While details about potential suspects or motives have not been disclosed, Baltimore County Councilman David Marks suggested on Facebook that the shooting may not have been random. As WMAR-2 News reported, Marks indicated that his office was in contact with police, saying, "the shooting could have been targeted." Baltimore County Police, meanwhile, have assured that this was an isolated incident and that public safety is not at risk at this time.
