During a routine patrol along Lone Tree Way near Highway 4, a Brentwood police officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with dark-tinted windows. The incident unfolded around midnight when the officer encountered driver Julius Parker, a 20-year-old from Stockton, alongside his adult passenger. A recent social media post from the City of Brentwood Police Department documented the events leading up to Parker's arrest.
An observant officer, while conversing with the occupants, spotted drugs visibly within the vehicle. This discovery led the officer to conduct a thorough search, revealing a loaded firearm in the process. As a result of the findings, Parker faced immediate apprehension and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
