
The Butts County Board of Commissioners is seeking contractors for parking lot maintenance, including resealing and striping five parking lots throughout the county. Contractors can find the details and submit their bids on the Butts County’s website.
Bids must be typed or written in ink and delivered in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the Bid# and Company Name. Submissions are due by 3:00 p.m. on April 16 at the Butts County Administration Office. Late bids will not be considered.
Contractors interested in bidding must attend a pre-bid conference and site visit on March 5. Any questions should be directed to JoAnna Phillips, Procurement Coordinator, at [email protected] by April 2. Any changes to the proposal will be posted as an addendum on the Butts County’s website by April 4.
Bid documents take precedence over any previous communication, and the county reserves the right to reject bids or negotiate with the lowest responsible bidder.
