By Thursday morning, clear skies and merciful highs in the 40s are predicted. This forecast comes from the National Weather Service, which also mentions a 20 percent chance of residual snow showers before 1 pm. The latter part of the week doesn't offer much respite from precipitation, with another chance for rain rolling in Friday night into Saturday.
