Collierville teens can now apply to volunteer at the Collierville Burch Library's Summer VolunTEEN Program. The program is open to youth ages 12 and up as of July 1, 2025, and offers an opportunity for community service hours.
According to the Town of Collierville, the program runs from May 28 to July 26, and volunteers must attend a training session in May with a parent or guardian's permission. Volunteers will help with the Summer Reading Program, track reading progress using Beanstack software, and assist with managing prizes, among other tasks.
To apply, teens must fill out a Google Form available on the library's website. The application period is from Tuesday next week to May 4.
