
A robbery occurred in the Penrose neighborhood just before noon on Wednesday. The incident happened at the intersection of Shreve and Anderson Avenues, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
A 20-year-old man reported being robbed at gunpoint while meeting with two acquaintances inside a dark blue Chevy Malibu. One of the individuals produced a handgun and demanded his belongings, prompting the victim to surrender his backpack and other items before escaping the vehicle. The suspects fled the scene, and authorities are actively investigating, urging anyone with information to come forward, as reported by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
