According to a recent update from the city's official website, pickups will be available Monday through Friday. There are some limitations to keep in mind; items like light bulbs and batteries are not on the acceptance list, and everything collected must be free from hazardous substances to ensure safety and compliance.
The cost for this convenience isn't too steep: a $30 fee covers the pickup, with additional charges based on the item being disposed of. To schedule a pickup, residents should call Certified Recycling at 952-894-1448 during the designated times. Unfortunately, weekend warriors will need to plan, as the service is not available on Saturdays or Sundays. "Please put items as close to the curb as possible," the city advises.
