Authorities in El Paso County announced the apprehension of a suspect who was wanted on multiple charges related to sexual offenses involving a minor. The El Paso County Sheriff's Office said that deputies from the Fugitive Apprehension Unit took 24-year-old Armando Rodriguez into custody following an extensive investigation into his whereabouts.
