In a ceremony that signifies both achievement and commitment, the El Paso Fire Department celebrated the advancement of its team members in a semiannual Promotional Ceremony. According to the El Paso Fire Department, a group of firefighters and 911 Communications staff were honored with promotions last Thursday.
