The deputy was conducting surveillance near the 14900 block of Tierra Mirage when the pair, later identified as 17-year-old Hector Munoz and 18-year-old Michael Ortiz, was spotted. They pulled up in a grey Dodge Ram and proceeded to illegally dump bags of trash into the desert area. The quick actions of the deputies allowed them to immediately secure both individuals, along with their vehicle.
