The City of Chandler is partnering with Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C., to offer a free HOA Academy in April. The virtual workshops will provide residents with information on HOA bylaws and procedures, according to the City of Chandler.
The no-cost HOA academy will take place over four Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The first session, on April 2, is titled "Back to the Basics: The ABCs of HOAs and Condos including Roles and Responsibilities of the Board." On April 9, the "Triple Topic Class" will cover selecting a management company, working with vendors, and contract management. The April 16 session will focus on enforcing CC&Rs and addressing parking issues. The final session, "HOA/Condo Finances 101," on April 23, will cover financial management for HOAs and condos, as reported by the City of Chandler.
Registration is required for the Chandler HOA Academy, a virtual program for residents and HOA board members. The program will provide information on recent legislation affecting neighborhoods.
