The City of Frisco has announced several roadway projects that will likely impact your daily routes. Starting with the new pavement replacement at 5309 Belle Chasse Ln., those driving down this way might need to find an alternate path or add some buffer time to their schedule.
The work doesn't stop there. Northbound Teel Parkway at Timber Ridge Drive continues to undergo pavement replacement, a project that has been carving into commutes for some time now. If you're navigating through the city's intersections during the day, you'd be wise to note the maintenance at Warren Parkway and Preston Road and the anticipated end of the project at Coit Rd. and SH 121 by the end of March.
The Stonebrook Pkwy expects daily lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and FM 423 intersection improvements, which began in May of 2024, are still underway. According to the City of Frisco's advisory, these high-volume areas will be subject to scheduled work for at least a few more weeks, weather permitting.
