Merced, described as a 45-year-old male with brown hair and eyes, standing at 6 feet tall and weighing in at 230 pounds, was last spotted in the Bradford area of the city. According to the Facebook post by the police department, he was wearing light blue jeans and a green T-shirt during his last appearance.
Further details provided by the police reveal that Merced was driving a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, grey in color with Massachusetts registration 4PE892. Speculation posits, that the individual may have traveled to the Wells, Maine area.
