
In a remote area of Hiawassee, Georgia, two bodies were found on Bell Mountain, prompting an investigation led by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and the Towns County Sheriff's Office.
According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the deceased were identified as 19-year-old twin brothers, Qaadir Malik Lewis and Naazir Rahim Lewis, from Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County. The bodies were discovered on the morning of Saturday around 11:05 a.m. The local 911 center was notified, and law enforcement arrived to find the twins, both victims of gunshot wounds.
The initial assessment suggests a possible murder-suicide, though the final cause of death will be determined by autopsies.
