On the business front, Clayton Companies was awarded for their 40-year legacy of transforming Old Town/South Scottsdale’s landscape. Their recent renovation of a retail center, including the relocation and preservation of a local Dairy Queen with a Polynesian twist, has marked them as a mainstay in the area's urban renewal, making them a standout for the award.
