Knoxville police concluded a search for a missing man with autism on Friday after locating him at a local church. 23-year-old Michael Mamintov, who was reported missing earlier in the day, was found safe the same afternoon at Calvary Baptist Church on Kingston Pike, according to a release by the Knoxville Police Department.
The search began when Mamintov vanished from the Pond Gap/Liberty Street area. Standing around six feet tall and weighing 170 pounds, Michael was last seen clothed in blue sweat pants and a gray shirt.
