In Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Mary and Fred Blakley have been charged with multiple felonies related to their promotion of ultrasound body scans using "smart chip technology." The couple charged clients up to $300 for full-body scans, claiming they could detect various diseases and recommend treatments, including unapproved veterinary products, as reported by KOLD.

A federal investigation found that the Blakleys promoted Aetheion as a cancer cure and prescribed unapproved supplements and creams, misleading patients with false health claims. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, they face up to 165 years in prison if convicted on all charges.

Court documents obtained by FOX 10 Phoenix reveal that Fred Blakley, a convicted felon, had stockpiled firearms and thousands of rounds of ammunition. In recorded statements, he declared, "We're gonna have to go to war with our government... well, they’re trying to start a civil war. That’s their game plan right now… you better arm up good. I’ve got thousands of rounds of ammunition, and I’m ready to rock."

The Blakleys, previously arrested in 1997 in Nevada on charges related to methamphetamine production and later serving a five-year prison sentence, were recently taken into custody by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A neighbor described the arrest to FOX 10 Phoenix, stating, "I woke up to a loud bang about six o’clock in the morning, eventually looked outside, it was the FBI breaking in with a bang." Their legal counsel has not yet issued a statement regarding the charges or the seized recordings. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking anyone with information about the Blakleys' clinics to come forward as the investigation continues.
