
The Gwinnett County Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a man who broke into a home, took a shower, and stole several items, including a key. The incident occurred on the morning of February 5 when an older white male with a slender build entered a home through an unlocked basement door on Cannings Lake Court in Lawrenceville, according to the Gwinnett County website.
The suspect, who has a tattoo on his upper right arm, used the homeowner's shower and then left with a stolen key, lighter, and folding knife. A confrontation occurred with the homeowner, and the suspect fled before police arrived. No injuries were reported.
Authorities have released a statement and an image of the suspect, asking anyone with information to come forward.
