Lewisville residents can expect some disruption next week as SAZ Infrastructure begins alley repairs affecting Sir Castor Ct. and King Arthur Blvd. The city has officially announced the upcoming maintenance work scheduled for today. Those living at 2710 and 2720 Sir Castor might feel the most direct effect, as the construction will impact their driveways. However, the city has assured that these residents' alley access will still be available via Merlin Dr.
According to a social media post from Lewisville City Hall, work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the week, on Friday, April 4, provided the weather decides to cooperate. This imminent repair job is part of the city’s ongoing efforts to maintain and improve infrastructure for its residents. The city's communication also preemptively apologizes for any inconvenience that residents may endure during the repair period.
Homeowners and commuters in the area should plan accordingly, especially those directly affected by the driveway restrictions. Lewisville's Street Division has been made available for any questions or concerns and can be reached at 972.219.3510.
