Local 10 News reported that around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dwyarrn Burton, described as a homeless 32-year-old, was masturbating at a window of the fast-food restaurant's play section while three children were present inside.
Broward prosecutors withheld detailed descriptions of the incident in the arrest report but noted Burton’s previous encounters with law enforcement. According to Local 10, in Massachusetts, he faced charges of "indecent assault/battery" after an incident at a Boston train station. He was later detained by state troopers for a similar assault on a bike path, according to ABC affiliate WCVB.
Subsequent to the event, North Lauderdale authorities arrested Burton, levying multiple charges against him.
