A deadly shooting occurred in Uptown Memphis, leaving a man dead and a woman with minor injuries. The Memphis Police Department said the incident happened yesterday just before 4:30 p.m. on Chelsea Avenue near North 7th Street. Two suspects reportedly approached on foot and opened fire, according to WREG.
The man was found dead at the scene, while the woman had a graze wound and was treated at the scene, as per Action News 5 report.
Memphis Police are seeking assistance in locating the two suspects and urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 901-528-CASH, as reported by FOX13 Memphis.
