A shooting occurred at the intersection of Whitehall St. SW and McDaniel St. SW in Atlanta yesterday, when two individuals were found shot inside a White Nissan Altima.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers responded to the scene at 12:57 pm and discovered both a male and female victim with gunshot wounds. EMS quickly transported them to the hospital, where the male victim later died from his injuries.
Homicide investigators are now handling the case, working to piece together the events that led to the shooting. The condition of the female victim has not been disclosed, but she was also transported to the hospital with the male victim.
