
A shooting in Atlanta left one man wounded, and the local police are investigating the incident. The Atlanta Police Department reported that on Monday evening, a 38-year-old man was admitted to Grady Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. Despite his injuries, the man was conscious and able to communicate with medical staff upon arrival.
The shooting took place at 1981 Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW, and the victim made his way to the hospital on his own. Investigators are working to understand what led up to the incident, with the Aggravated Assault Unit handling the case.
